Our winery is located in the historic village of Almonacid de la Sierra, nestled in the mountains of the Sierra de Algair\u00e9n, in the region of Arag\u00f3n. With a history going back centuries, our century-old winery is a monument to the wine-making tradition of the area.<\/p>

With four designed levels, we take advantage of gravity to make our wines, ensuring gentle handling of the grapes and must at every stage of the process. Once fermented, our wine rests in the depths of ancient caves, where the temperature and humidity conditions are optimal for ageing. This approach to the history and geography of the region allows us to maintain a natural and sustainable environment.<\/p>
